Over the years we have continued to play as a band, in one form or another, to share the  message and love of the gospel.

The core band consists of Jen Green (Vocals), Derek Huff (Bass Guitar) and Andrew Cope (Keys)... But we get by with a little help from our friends and often enjoy guest musicians playing with us during live performances.So, that's just a little about us, hopefully we can meet you at our next live gig!

Mica Paris is one of the UK’s most respected female singers with a career full of Top 10 hit singles and albums worldwide. The range, power, and sheer soulfulness of Mica Paris' singing made an immediate impact on the UK music scene in 1988 when she released her debut, platinum-selling album, 'So Good’ from which she had her first top ten hit, 'My One Temptation'.

jesus jones +The Severs

friday 9th March

Jesus Jones are a British alternative rock band from Bradford-on-Avon in Wiltshire, formed in late 1988, recorded and performed in the late 1980s into the 2000s. Their track "Right Here, Right Now" was an international hit which was subsequently globally licensed for promotional and advertising campaigns. A great live band.

All Stars

monday 12th March

The declared aim of the French Quarter All Stars is to play the authentic jazz from the birthplace of jazz, New Orleans. band from the U.K. that shares that enthusiasm.  The majority of the band personnel are all past professional members of well known U.K. jazz bands such as Chris Barber, Monty Sunshine, Ken Colyer, Pete Allen and the Pasadena Roof Orchestra.

tuesday 13th March

Vocality are a local choir consisting of people who just love singing. Their wide-ranging repertoire consists of pop, jazz, blues and folksongs, a gospel or spiritual and maybe one or two lesser well known songs of African, Maori, Georgian, or Hebrew origin.

tuesday 13th March

Winners of the 2014 Royal Overseas League Ensemble Competition, the Solem Quartet was established by four music students at the University of Manchester, but its roots are local to Claygate. Following their studies Solem has had the privilege of studying with the internationally renowned cellist Christopher Richter as well as other leading chamber music teachers.

Claygate Primary School has an active and thriving music department. In recent years the children have performed at Wembley and the Royal Albert Hall, as well as in local concerts. So please join us as the school's jazz bands, choirs and soloists perform some of their works in progress.

We are an exciting local group of talented, trained singers. Join us for and evening of opera, musicals and jazz, all served with a glass of Prosecco and a plate of antipasti.
Special guest singer, Clagate's own Emma Selway, mezzo-soprano, singing teacher and soloist for ENO, Glyndebourne and Opera North.

Zoot Money is an English vocalist, keyboardist and bandleader. He is best known for his playing of the Hammond organ and association with his Big Roll Band.
He has been associated with The Animals, Eric Burdon, Steve Marriott, Kevin Coyne, Kevin Ayers, Humble Pie, Alexis Korner, Snowy White, Mick Taylor, Spencer Davis, Vivian Stanshall, Geno Washington, Brian Friel and Alan Price.

thursday 15th March

Gryphon may not be one of the better known of the British Progressive bands, but they are surely one of the most unique and interesting. The five albums they produced between 1973 and 1977 show their evolution from an all-acoustic medieval music quartet to a Progressive pop band. Richard Harvey and Brian Gulland, both alumni of the Royal Academy of Music, built Gryphon around their interest in ancient classical and folk music.

claygate scout & guide band

friday 16th March

The 1st Claygate Scout & Guide band are a very successful youth marching band. Reformed in 2001 with just 10 members the band has steadily grown and now boasts a membership of over 50. The band is 'A' graded (the highest in scouting) and regularly performs at village events as well as further afield.

Pentangle are a British folk-jazz band with an eclectic mix of folk, jazz, blues and folk rock influences. The original band were active in the late 1960s and early 1970s, and the current lineup started in 1995.
An excellent night of varied music by a group of great musicians.

Anna Marie McLachlan is a young mezzo-soprano from London. She studied at the University of Southampton and Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. She was recently selected as a finalist in the Schubert Song Prize and masterclass with Dame Felicity Lott, for the London Song Festival. Chloe graduated with a First Class degree in music and has performed widely in oratorio, opera and recitals in the UK and abroad.

castalian string quartet & daniel lebhardt

Winners of the first prize in the highly competitive International String Quartet Competitions in  Hannover (2013) and Lyons(2015), and the only European Quartet to progress through to the Finals in Banff, Canada, they were chosen as winners of the YCAT Audition in London in 2017. This year, the Castalian String Quartet has engagements throughout  Britain, making their debut in Tel Aviv  and returning to many continental summer festivals. Further afield, they play in Malta, the USA, Canada, China and Columbia, France and Italy. They are joined by the amazing Hungarian Pianist, Daniel Lebhardt. HAYDN:  String Quartet in G, Op.76 No.1; SCHUMANN:  String Quartet No.3 in A, Op.41 No.3; BRAHMS:  Piano Quintet in F minor, Op.34 (with Daniel Lebhardt).

The bohemians

The Bohemians, established in 1996, re-enact the glory days of Queen including the Craziness of the 70s and the Magic of the 80s proving themselves to be the most dynamic and exciting Queen Tribute Band currently touring. They have performed all over the UK, Europe and the world at football stadiums, festivals, theatres and other prestigious venues. The Bohemians in their majestic magnificence receive standing ovations in response to their electrifying representation of a Queen Live Concert.

Caravan was formed in Canterbury, England in 1968 by Pye Hastings (guitar/ vocals), Dave Sinclair (keyboards), Richard Sinclair (bass/vocals) and Richard Coughlan (drums), and, with a few changes, are still wowing the crowds 50 years later!
